Wet skid resistance at low speed is what the pendulum tester measures, and it is the standard check on new surfacing, road markings, polished aggregates and footway paving. We supply the classic British pendulum, a digital model with automatic reading, a laboratory set-up for polished stone value specimens, a pedestrian slip kit with Four-S and TRL rubber sliders, and a calibration kit. Field or lab use, slider type and how results are recorded decide the choice. Our testers are built to ASTM E303 and BS EN 13036-4, and BS EN 1097-8 for PSV work.
