Stability of floating bodies matters for pontoons, floating intakes, barges and caissons as well as ships. We offer the classic bench-top pontoon with sliding weights, a digital version with electronic inclinometer, a hull form set comparing rectangular and V-shaped pontoons, a self-contained floating body tank and a large ship model inclining tank for research. Pontoon size, the hull forms you want and how list is measured guide the choice. The test follows the inclining experiment in ASTM F1321, and stability criteria can be compared with ISO 12217-1.
