The CBR value is still the basis of most flexible pavement designs, so subgrade and sub-base material gets tested on almost every road job. We supply hand-operated and motorised load frames, digital and servo-controlled machines, complete mould sets and soaking tanks. Workload, required penetration rate and whether you need data logging decide the choice. Laboratories working to ASTM D1883, BS 1377-4 or IS 2720 (Part 16) will find matching moulds and pistons here.
