Laboratory mixing has to coat aggregate fully at the right temperature without the binder ageing on a hot bowl. We offer a heated 20 L planetary mixer, a 30 L automatic paddle mixer, a 50 L large-capacity mixer, a 5 L benchtop unit for small batches and a high-shear mixer for polymer-modified binder. Batch size, maximum aggregate size and the binder types you blend decide the choice. Mixing temperatures and batch preparation follow ASTM D6926 and BS EN 12697-35.
