Short-term ageing in a rolling thin film oven is the standard way to simulate plant mixing before grading a binder. We supply a standard eight-bottle RTFO, a touchscreen model with air-flow metering and logging, a pressure ageing vessel for long-term ageing, a vacuum degassing oven for PAV residue and spare RTFO bottle sets. Whether you need only short-term ageing or full performance grading decides the package. Ovens follow ASTM D2872 and BS EN 12607-1, and the PAV works to ASTM D6521.
