We supply glass pycnometer sets for bitumen, a 25 °C pycnometer water bath, a Rice vacuum apparatus for maximum mixture density, a hydrostatic weighing set for compacted specimens and a vacuum sealing device for open-graded cores. Whether you test binder or mixture, and how porous the specimens are, sets the choice. Binder methods follow ASTM D70 and BS EN 15326, and mixture methods follow ASTM D2041 and ASTM D2726.
