Reservoir capacity, dredging volumes, river crossings and port works all depend on accurate depth surveys. We supply a dual-frequency single-beam echo sounder, a portable single-frequency sounder with integrated GNSS, a shallow-water multibeam system, an unmanned survey vessel and a handheld pole sounder for small ponds. Water depth, required coverage, boat availability and sediment conditions decide the choice. Depth measurement follows ISO 4366, river sections are surveyed to ISO 748, and order classes come from IHO S-44.
